Final Video!

Here is the final video of our working roller coaster...

Final Pictures!

Here is the final picture of our roller coaster. Sorry it took so long to put it up, but we had to decorate it right before our presentation because there were a lot of decorations and tons of pink sugar. So without further ado, here it is!

Cotton Candy?

We also wanted to have cotton candy, so we dyed some cotton balls pink. Here is a picture of them. Keep in mind, they are not fluffed because we had to flatten them out in order to let them dry properly. We will fluff them and spin them so they look like cotton candy bunches though.

It kinda almost looks like pink jerky, but we promise it will look proper by the time we're done with it.

Lollipops & Pastries

Here are some of the decorations that we made by plasticine. The lollipops and the little pastries were ALL MADE BY HAND....NOT BOUGHT!! We couldn't find any of those big swirly lollipops so we just made some. And the cake slices, cupcakes, ice cream cones, mini lollipops, and candy canes were all made by hand too using, again, plasticine. It took us a while to do them, but they came out well and they will be perfect to use as our decorations.

Items for decorations

Here are some of the items that we used to create our decorations, sans glue gun. Just to note, this project was entirely dependent on our glue gun; it was our lifesaver!! So yes, tons and tons of glue was used to create this project. Here are some of the candies we are using to decorate our roller coaster.

gumballs

jumbo jujubes

peppermints

 gummy bears

watermelon wedges gummies

lemonade lollipops

IT IS DONE!!!!!!!!!!AAAAAAAHHH!!!!!

Finally, after what seems like a lifetime, our track for the roller coaster is finished. AND IT ACTUALLY WORKS!!!!!!!!!! It is complete with 5 loops and 3 different mediums used to built it. It is such a releif do have it done, because it literally took us forever. So, after much anticipation, here it is....
